2 MONTHS OLD

Alexandra is already 2 months old!! WOW! She had her 2 month appointment today. Everything looks great!! She is 23 1/2 inches long (90%), 10# 7oz (49%), her head is 37.5 cm (24%)

SHe is growing like a weed!!! Getting more active everyday!

3 COUSINS

Alexandra could not ask for 2 better cousins! They are so good to her. Reese is just a little mommy...she is going to be a huge help to her mama when the new baby comes in just 2 months!! Josie loves Ally too gives her tons of kisses and always is reminding her that she is her cousin. Reese, she could stare at her and talk to her all day. The crying does not even bother her. They are such good girls! They are all going to be so close when they are older! I love the thought of that!!!

Everytime we pull out the camera or the video camera she will stop talking & smiling, so today I caught her. It is from a funny angle, but hey I got the picture!

So Dustin & I have decided that Alexandra will marry Anthony! It will be an arranged marriage, but we know they will fall in love with eachother. Look at that sneaky little look Ally has on her face. :)

Growing too fast

She went to the doctor yesterday to check on her tummy (gassy baby), she is already 10 lbs 15 oz!! That is with her clothes on! WOW! I cannot believe how she is growing. ON the 9th she has her 2 month check up, then I will know her naked weight & length etc!

We took the boat out on Lake Washington for a couple of hours on sunday! It was really nice out! We met up with our friends John & Jen, they just got a boat!!! CONGRATS!!!! Too many people in boats that day...water was super chopy & lots of boats make me nervous!

Abigail Etzkorn was born 4-19-06 at 2:03 p.m. She was 8lbs 3 oz! :) Congrats Mike & Tracy!!

Tummy Time gone Lazy

Everyday at least twice a day we have floor time & tummy time. She usually lifts her heads & talks & plays. Well this time, all she did was lay there comfy as can be!

Well what can I say. I wanted to take Alexandra to the mall to sit on the Easter Bunnies lap, but Dustin said no freak in a bunny costume is holding my daughter. So the good husband & daddy that he is, he dressed up in my old halloween costume & let me take some pictures! Gotta love this!

DADDY FIXES EVERYTHING..

I have to say that if Dustin was not around in the evenings sometimes I would rip all of my hair out & scream. Alexandra seems to get the most gas in the evening.. so she will scream & cry & I cannot do anything to calm her down. Dustin has some special touch that makes her burp, fart, poop & calm down.... everytime! SO I have decided to keep him around, he sure does come in handy!

Alexandra is already 1 month old! She is still sweet as pie! We are loving every second of this parenthood stuff!

OUR NEW ADDITION!!!

I am sure that everyone has already been told.....We had our baby!!

Alexandra Lynn was born on 3-6-06 @ 7:10 pm. She weighed 7lbs 2 oz & was 19 1/2 inches long.
She is absolutely wonderful!! Labor was way better than I was expecting, well with all the horror stories that I was told throughout my pregnancy. ;) From start to finish I was in labor for about 17 hours. I only pushed for about 1 hour! NOT BAD!!! I lucked out. My little girl was easy on me!
We are all doing great! She is being perfect.....could not have asked for a more perfect pregnancy, labor, delivery & baby!
I will be sure to keep everyone updated on Alexandra!!!

She also has 4 images on the swedish website. So www.swedish.org, then you click on the women & childbirth thing I think, then I had her at first hill. Then it goes by her name :)

Nothing too new... just keeping you posted :)

I thought I would just fill everyone in on how things are going! I am doing great....about 4 weeks left! I can't believe that I was getting nervous with 10 weeks, not it is 4! It is amazing how fast it goes by! I have been a very lucky person though! I have enjoyed my pregnancy!! :) Just had a check up yesterday. Says everything seems great! I am measuring right where I should be & the baby sounds perfect! (of course) She said that she expects me to deliver a 7-7 1/2 lb baby. I can handle that.... I sure hope! Everyone needs to cross their fingers that I have her the 1st-5th of march. I want to have her early, the 16th is just too far into the month. So I have decided when she should come! :)
Dustin is doing great! He is just working & helping me around the house. (about time!) He also has done stuff to the babies room that I have been nagging about! So it is almost done. We just need to take the closet doors off & move some stuff around. It is so much fun getting everything ready, I just feel so unprepared!
Anyways..... That is my update! Just want everyone to know that things are progressing as they should & we are doing great!
