I just happened to take this picture as the guy was cutting the bottom of the tree with his chainsaw, so I got this look from Alexandra!
Not sure what I am doing, but she is sure cute!
To me they look SO MUCH ALIKE!
For the ride home she got a candy cane!
The tree's behind them were just Ally's size.
Here is our tree. After rearraning the room 5 times, I decided on this. Dustin was a good sport! I could tell he wanted to just put the tree outside.

We use to go get our tree all together when mine were little.
Bob always picked out one that wouldn't fit in the house.
He then would spend hours trying to get it cut off at the bottom and in a stand straight......Wasn't that esay if I remember right..
Now fake trees and up the day after halloween..Piece of cake..

.....and one year Carla waited til Bob went to work and tried to "straighten" the tree, which caused it to fall over!! But Carla being the quick thinker...had a great idea and NAILED the stand to the floor!!! You can imagine Bob's reaction when he was taking the tree down and couldn't get it to budge!! PRICELESS MEMORIES!!
So tell Dustin...it could be worse, you could've tried to do it without him =0)

and after Carla did this Bob figured out the tree stood up a lot better and never fell over again..So he started doing it too..Back then we had shag carpet and when you pulled the nails out you couldn't see a thing..What is to be learned by this is...ALWAYS LISTEN TO CARLA!!
I love the pic of the three of you! you should use it as a christmas card! everyone looking good as usual, we need to come up and see your decorations soon.
