But it is also the premiere of GREY'S ANATOMY!! I have been waiting for this day since the season finale...so I am ecstatic! I will need complete silence~I am talking complete silence! A 2-hour premiere!!!!!!!!

What a way to spend a Thursday night! Dinner, Cake & Presents at my parents for J's birthday, then to my house- dunk the kiddos in the bath then throw them in bed so I can stare at the TV with complete concentration...so NO CALLS! I repeat, DO NOT CALL ME FROM 9pm-11pm.

Oh.. the reason there are no pictures up in a few days. My husband has been taking my camera to work, so yes, that means that I do not have it to snap photos of my little angels. I will have it back tonight or tomorrow!!

Alexandra is such a big helper with her "baby broda". She helps me entertain him while he is getting his breathing treatments.......she will kiss him & play with him all throughout the day. She even reads him stories. She is so loving towards him & VERY protective of him. I just wish that this would last all through high school~

Such a happy boy..

Smiling while getting his breathing treatment!! He is such a good boy. He does get sick of it- but only after about 5 minutes...then he wants to lick it or eat it & can't so he gets frustrated. Pretty cute dragon mask too.



I just want to hold him all day cause he is sick...the name pneumonia sounds worse than he really is. He is doing well. Not too fussy & not fighting for air! Just pray it starts to get better now!!

My poor baby boy

Little Dustin has pneumonia. Poor baby. He has had a cold & cough for a while....I took him in, he was fine. Then he got a fever a few days later (sat night), so monday I took him in. Ear infection in his right ear. So Amoxicillin. A couple days later.......no improvement.........so back in he goes... Augmentin this time. So that was wednesday.
Today...friday. he wakes up & his cough sounds tight & sounds like he is weezing. Take him in.
Pneumonia. :(

So nebulizer & zithromax.
He is not that grumy and no real fever.......so he is a trooper for sure!!

LETS HOPE & PRAY THIS DOES THE TRICK!!!

Ally knows that Grandpa Holmes has some big machines at his house right now...so of course she will bust daddy's butt until he takes her over there. He lets her run the controls... he just tells her what to do & she does it. Pretty Cute...but if she becomes an operator when she grows up ...AAACCCKKK. Surgeon Ally... Surgeon- or hell... a surgeons wife ;) I will post the video of them working soon!

I was feeding the baby so I asked Dustin to put a clip in Ally's hair so it wasn't in her face. She came out with about 10 clips in her hair cause he can't do it with just one. You can't see all the clips in the picture. But hey... he got the hair out of her face. :)

I let Alexandra go through a couple magazines that I got to pick out her halloween costume. SHe picked cookie monster. We waited for it & when it got here she was all excited. Then I pulled it out and she smiled...then we put it on & she said.. I don't yike it. So I was going to return it. Packed it all up filled out the return slip etc. Then Ally wanted to show her daddy cookie monster that she didn't yike. We put it on & since daddy likes it she wants to keep it. So cookie monster she will be. I told her I am not packing it up again. So here is a preview.

We gave Dustin some rice cereal the other day. He didn't mind it at all.

BREAST CANCER WALK

On October 5Th I am doing the 5K breast cancer walk. I have sent an e-mail out to most people, but figured it would not hurt to post for others to see.

I usually do these walks for exercise & to help the cause. But this time it is even more special to me. I have a family member who was diagnosed with breast cancer this year. She is by far one of the strongest people that I know. She is a very sweet & caring amazing person- We all lover her very much. I always ask her, what can I do? Well she has such an awesome family & support group- my thoughts & prayers are all I have been able to do for her. Now I feel with doing this walk, I can help her & other women fighting to beat breast cancer!

The Circus!!!

We went to the circus last night!! It was me & Ally, Katie- Reese, Josie & Hannah then Tracy- Rocky, Jacob & Abby. It was fun!! Well worth the money. Ally really did like it. She definitely thought it was "LOUD" at parts as you can see in the picture above. It was entertaining I would do it again next year for sure!

I don't remember Tigers having to stay in a big cage while doing their tricks, but they were.... I think the very beginning was my favorite part, when they all came out & danced around etc. It made it exciting for the kids.

Welcome to the majority of my day.....

I wonder if this is the reason I get headaches. The TUB is calling my name- except I need a soundproof bathroom so I can relax in SILENCE.I do love her, but COMMON.....it goes on & on & on. Then she will say. Mommy... I am good. I am like, yes you are one of a kind!

He found it!

We caught Dustin sucking his thumb!! Mama says NO!! He has always put his fist in his mouth & fingers, but not his thumb. He found it & took a liking to it. I am going to put a stop to it! You can take a binki away, but not his thumb!! Doesn't he look so cute though...... won't be cute when he is 6!

*First Day of Gymnastics Class*

Alexandra had her first gymnastics class today at the Little Gym! She did so good & had so much fun. It was hard getting her out of there once the class was over. For the most part she stayed with me & did what the instructor was doing. Her most favorite part is the bars. She is a monkey!!

Abby Etzkorn & Colin Jones is doing it too!! It is awesome to have friends in the class. We rode with Abby & Tracy- so no pics of Colin. I will get some though!!


It was an absolute MUST to get her a leotard!! (Thanks again Katie- for watching the kids while I ran to target!) Ally is pretty proud of herself!!!!

2008 Family Reunion

We had our family reunion over the weekend- it was a lot of fun~! Ally is still talking about the jumper & "the lion"! For those of you who don't know, there was a little boy & he had his face painted like a lion & my daughter was terrified of him! Little Wimp. (Well.......maybe it is because she watched the lion king.... she had nightmares the night she watched it.)

Anyways- Great Family- Great Stories- Great Food!! Tons of Fun!!
