The Circus!!!

We went to the circus last night!! It was me & Ally, Katie- Reese, Josie & Hannah then Tracy- Rocky, Jacob & Abby. It was fun!! Well worth the money. Ally really did like it. She definitely thought it was "LOUD" at parts as you can see in the picture above. It was entertaining I would do it again next year for sure!

I don't remember Tigers having to stay in a big cage while doing their tricks, but they were.... I think the very beginning was my favorite part, when they all came out & danced around etc. It made it exciting for the kids.

Welcome to the majority of my day.....

I wonder if this is the reason I get headaches. The TUB is calling my name- except I need a soundproof bathroom so I can relax in SILENCE.I do love her, but COMMON.....it goes on & on & on. Then she will say. Mommy... I am good. I am like, yes you are one of a kind!

He found it!

We caught Dustin sucking his thumb!! Mama says NO!! He has always put his fist in his mouth & fingers, but not his thumb. He found it & took a liking to it. I am going to put a stop to it! You can take a binki away, but not his thumb!! Doesn't he look so cute though...... won't be cute when he is 6!

*First Day of Gymnastics Class*

Alexandra had her first gymnastics class today at the Little Gym! She did so good & had so much fun. It was hard getting her out of there once the class was over. For the most part she stayed with me & did what the instructor was doing. Her most favorite part is the bars. She is a monkey!!

Abby Etzkorn & Colin Jones is doing it too!! It is awesome to have friends in the class. We rode with Abby & Tracy- so no pics of Colin. I will get some though!!


It was an absolute MUST to get her a leotard!! (Thanks again Katie- for watching the kids while I ran to target!) Ally is pretty proud of herself!!!!

2008 Family Reunion

We had our family reunion over the weekend- it was a lot of fun~! Ally is still talking about the jumper & "the lion"! For those of you who don't know, there was a little boy & he had his face painted like a lion & my daughter was terrified of him! Little Wimp. (Well.......maybe it is because she watched the lion king.... she had nightmares the night she watched it.)

Anyways- Great Family- Great Stories- Great Food!! Tons of Fun!!

4 MONTH CHECK UP

Dustin checked out great! The doctor said he is very happy & doing just great!

height: 24.75 inches (42%)
weight: 15lbs. 3oz (50%)
Head: 40.3 cm (8%)

Here are his owies. He got 3 shots & had to drink one of them. GOOD... only 3 pokes!! He did really well once she was done, he probably didn't even cry for a full minute. He is a strong boy!! Mama was proud!

I took Dustin to get his 4 month pictures today! Alexandra was with me...so of course she had to "say cheese". She even started to cry when somebody got to go in front of us. Dustin's appt. is on friday, so I will give you update afterwards.

1) I love sitting & staring into the sound or ocean.....listening to the waves hit the shore

2) When I go to movies- I get a diet coke/pepsi, a popcorn with butter & I put Reese's pieces in the popcorn- (peanut butter m&ms if they have them)

3)I love traditions

4) I love stormy days- (if I am at home & can stay dry)

5) The movie I could watch anytime of any day is the notebook- I cry every time, OK I SOB every time I watch it. If you have not seen it, then go just BUY IT right now. It is the best.

6) I cherish/love my friends & family......with out them I would be completely lost as a person. I think that family closeness is a must!!

Salmon Fishing...

Well needless to say, this year fishing has been poopy! Dustin was out fishing with my dad, they get up SUPER early to go, they came in & Ally & I went out around 1:00. We kept catching shakers, so we would let Ally reel them in.... She loved it, especially when there was a silver that she could keep & take home to show Gramy & Papa!!
It was really funny, after we put it in the livewell, she got the club to hit the fish with it (she saw her mommy do that), she was also fishing for it while it was swimming in the livewell! Glad she likes fishing too. At least all the shakers kept her busy out there!!

So this was scary fun for Ally. Josie has always loved this! We stopped it & tried to let Ally off....only Hannah got off though. She was squeeling........she liked it, but I think it scared the poop out of her!
